Only used when texts are sent. Email sending stays free.

Dedicated number

Optional UK SMS number at £9.99/month for customer texts and inbound replies.

There is no Standard plan, Pro plan or extra-user subscription. Scrubix app access is completely free, including staff tracking and team users.

Payment figures combine the standard domestic Stripe processing cost with the Scrubix application fee. Stripe charges the connected business and transfers the Scrubix application fee to us.

* Actual card costs can be higher for premium, commercial, international or currency-converted cards. UK examples include +0.4% for premium/commercial cards and +1.5% for cards issued outside the UK/EU. Stripe shows the final fee breakdown for each payment.

** Standard payouts are usually around 3 working days. First payout on a new account can take about 7 days. UK Scrubix payout processing is 10p below £500, 5p from £500 to below £1,000, and free from £1,000.

*** The instant payout figures are the Scrubix instant payout fee. Stripe may also apply its own provider charge according to the connected account configuration. The available payout, Scrubix fee and amount reaching the bank are shown before confirmation.
