Scrubix started with a simple frustration: service businesses were being forced to use tools that were either too basic to scale or too bloated to use day to day. We set out to build something different. A platform made specifically for the rhythm of a real service business round. Fast, practical, and powerful when you need it.

Built for window cleaners, gardeners, domestic cleaners, commercial cleaners, gutter cleaners, pressure washing teams, carpet cleaners, pest control businesses, mobile valeters, and other repeat-service businesses.

Why we built it

We found other leading apps were often costly and unnecessarily complicated. Scrubix was built to be the opposite: straightforward, fast, and clear enough that it feels like your pet could run the admin for you.

We watched teams lose hours every week jumping between messages, notebooks, spreadsheets and invoicing tools. Customers were in one place, jobs in another, and payments somewhere else entirely. Things slipped. Follow-ups were missed. Cashflow was inconsistent.

Scrubix was designed to solve that in one clean flow: customer -> jobsheet -> message -> invoice -> payment. Every screen should reduce friction, not add it. Every feature should be there because a service operator actually needs it.
