Customer CSV upload into Scrubix

Move your customer list into Scrubix by exporting a CSV from your old software or spreadsheet, then uploading that CSV in the app. This is one of the easiest ways to switch without retyping customers by hand.

How customer migration works

  • Step 1: Export your customer data as a CSV from your current software or spreadsheet.
  • Step 2: Open the customer import area inside Scrubix.
  • Step 3: Upload the CSV file and review the imported customer records.
  • Step 4: Check key fields like name, address, phone number, job frequency and price before relying on the imported data for live work.

Moving from Squeegee, CleanerPlanner or getSoapy

  • From Squeegee: export your customer/job data as a CSV, then upload that CSV into Scrubix.
  • From CleanerPlanner: export your customer data, then bring that file into Scrubix rather than retyping the round manually.
  • From getSoapy: export your customers as CSV, then upload that export into Scrubix.
  • Also works from spreadsheets: if your data is already in Google Sheets or Excel, export it as CSV first.
