Delete Your Scrubix Account and Data
Last updated: 19 March 2026
This page explains how Scrubix users can request deletion of their account and how to delete individual data inside the app. This page applies to the Scrubix app and the Scrubix developer listing shown on Google Play.
1. How to delete your Scrubix account
In the Scrubix app, open My Profile and choose Delete my account.
To protect your account, Scrubix asks for your current password before continuing.
If two-step verification is enabled on your account, you may also be asked to complete that verification before deletion is confirmed.
2. What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your Scrubix user account removes your active access to Scrubix, signs you out, revokes active sessions and removes your active membership from the Scrubix workspace you are deleting from.
If your user account is not attached to any other active Scrubix workspace, the user account itself is deactivated as part of the deletion flow.
3. How to delete individual data instead of the whole account
Where in-app delete controls are available, you can remove individual records without deleting your whole account. Scrubix currently provides deletion controls for items such as customer records, jobs, quotes, invoices and synced email threads or individual synced email messages.
If you are unable to delete a particular item yourself, contact support@scrubix.co.uk and we will help you complete the deletion request.
4. Data that is deleted or removed
Depending on the request, Scrubix will remove or deactivate the relevant account access, app sessions, workspace membership and data records that you delete through the app or request through support.
This can include your Scrubix user profile within the affected workspace, deleted synced email items, and business records you or your authorised administrators choose to delete using the app's deletion tools.
5. Data that may be retained for a limited period
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment dispute, backup integrity or other compliance reasons.
This may include billing records, payment and payout metadata, security and audit logs, support records connected to a request, and temporary backup copies that are automatically overwritten on a rolling schedule.
6. If you need help
If you have any issues deleting your account or deleting individual data, contact support@scrubix.co.uk or data@scrubix.co.uk.
Please include the Scrubix account email address, the data you want removed, and whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific records removed.
