Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 5 March 2026
This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled.
1. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your plan from the platform billing flow or relevant app store. Cancellation usually takes effect at end of current paid period unless otherwise stated.
2. Subscription refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once service access has been provided. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate billing or verified platform billing errors.
3. SMS credits and usage-based purchases
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once delivered to your account wallet, except where required by law or in proven duplicate or error cases.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge through your bank or card provider, service access may be restricted during the investigation. Confirmed chargebacks may lead to account action.
5. Payment transaction refunds (your customers)
Customer payment refunds handled through Stripe are subject to Stripe processing rules and fees. Platform or service subscription refunds are separate from customer invoice refunds.
6. Direct debit refunds and indemnity claims
Customer payment refunds handled through GoCardless are subject to GoCardless processing rules, scheme rules and any applicable indemnity claim handling. Platform or service subscription refunds remain separate from customer invoice refunds.
7. How to request review
Email billing details and account email to support@scrubix.co.uk. Include date, amount and reason so we can investigate.
