You are responsible for accurate onboarding details, business verification, mandate communication and lawful payment collection through your connected GoCardless account.

GoCardless processes direct debit mandates, payment collection and settlement under GoCardless terms and applicable payment scheme rules. Scrubix is not a bank and does not hold customer funds.

GoCardless processing fees and any Scrubix platform/application fees may apply to collections, failed payments, refunds, indemnity claims or other payment actions.

Fee structures can change over time and are shown in-app and/or in GoCardless views where applicable.

Mandate setup, payment timing, retries, failures and settlement timelines are subject to direct debit scheme rules and GoCardless processing stages.

You are responsible for clear customer communication before collection and for ensuring you have the right mandate authority.

Where enabled, Success+ and Protect+ are optional GoCardless product features. Availability depends on your GoCardless account, region and selected settings in Scrubix.

Scrubix may expose related settings, recovery status and verification modes, but final product availability and risk decisions remain controlled by GoCardless.

You are responsible for handling customer refund decisions, disputes and any direct debit indemnity claims in line with law, your own terms and GoCardless rules.

Fees may apply and may not be recoverable.

By enabling GoCardless, you authorise Scrubix to process payment metadata, mandate status, invite status, webhook status records and related payment references needed to provide direct debit workflows and reconciliation support.

Scrubix may restrict, suspend or disable GoCardless actions if required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, provider errors or operational risk controls.
