Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Scrubix Ltd trading as Scrubix ("Scrubix", "we", "our", "us").

The promotion opens at 00:01 BST on 2 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 June 2026.

Entries received outside that period will not be included.

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

The promotion is not open to Scrubix employees, contractors, immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw.

By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are entitled to claim the prize if selected.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

You do not need to subscribe to a paid Scrubix plan to enter. Standard app download and account creation are free.

New users can enter by downloading Scrubix from the Apple App Store or Google Play, creating a Scrubix account, and completing the in-app setup wizard during the promotion period.

Existing Scrubix users can enter by logging into their Scrubix account and completing any unfinished setup-wizard steps during the promotion period.

One entry only will be counted per person and one entry only per business account during the promotion period, regardless of number of downloads, logins, devices or platforms used.

We may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, bulk-generated, scripted, duplicated, created using false details, or otherwise in breach of these terms or the Scrubix service terms.

If we reasonably believe an entry has been manipulated or created to distort the promotion, we may remove it from the draw.

There is one prize: one Gardiner SLX Micro 5m Pole for one eligible winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered unless we are required to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to circumstances outside our control.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around 30 June 2026 under the supervision of an independent person or using a verifiable random selection process.

Our decision on the validity of entries and the outcome of the draw will be final, subject to applicable law.

The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the relevant Scrubix account within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible, we may withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.

The prize will be applied within 30 days of valid acceptance.

To comply with UK promotional rules, Scrubix may publish or make available the winner's surname and county, or provide that information to anyone who requests it within 30 days after the draw.

By entering, you acknowledge that Scrubix may do this. If you object to some or all of your information being published or made available, please email service@scrubix.co.uk before the closing date. We will still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

We may ask the winner for consent before using their first name, business name or testimonial in post-event publicity.

We will use account data, login timestamps, account status, email address and related records to administer the promotion, validate eligibility, contact the winner and evidence that the prize has been awarded.

Personal data will be handled in line with the Scrubix Privacy Policy.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Apple or Google.

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Apple and Google are not prize providers and are not responsible for the operation of this promotion.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary because of events outside our reasonable control, provided that we do so fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

We will not change the significant conditions of the promotion during the live promotion period unless required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, Scrubix will not be responsible for entries lost because of technical failures outside our reasonable control, app-store outages, network interruption, or device-specific issues affecting download or login.

These prize draw terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
